A Great Season for Tyke Green
Congratulations Tyke Green on such a great season.
The team started off the season really strong going undefeated until well after the Christmas Break. The kids hit a tough patch in February when they had their first loss of the season, but the kids were not discouraged. They continued trying hard and ended the year with a couple really close games and a few more wins under their belt.
The kids also had a wonderful time in the John Henry Memorial Tournament in Strathroy over the Christmas break. They finished the tournament undefeated and took away the Tyke Trophy. Congrats to the kids for their continuous hard work.
The team was able to enjoy a pool party a couple of weeks after the tournament where the coaching staff awarded each child their own trophy showing how proud they were of all the kids. I am sure that each child has their trophy proudly displayed reminding them of a job well done!
A great group of kids, a great coaching staff, a great team atmosphere and a lot of fun was had by all throughout the season!
