Lucan vs. Strathroy
Strathroy came to town on Saturday to take on our Tyke whites.
Lucan was looking to bounce back after a tough loss in Exeter the night before. Lucan scored early and often in this lopsided match. The kids played a very unselfish game though, passing the puck and making sure everyone was involved in the scoring. This was quite evident on the score sheet as Lucan had 10 different goal scorers and all players registered a point. Reg H. scored his first goal of the year on a beautiful play in front of the net. Reg hammered home a pass from Owen W.. The coaching staff is very proud of the fact that every player on the team has now scored a goal, and is very pleased with all players for the commitment to great teamwork. Carlee V picked up the victory in goal for Lucan with another solid game between the pipes. Goals for Lucan went to Ryder O.(4), Owen W(4), Ethan P(2), Matt P., Ainslie F, Cadence H., Nate W., Dylan F., Reg H., And Paisley W. Assist going to Kaiden W., Matt P., Ainslie F., Ethan P., Reg H., Aiden M.(2), Cadence H.(2), Dylan F.(2), Owen W.(2). Player of the game went to Kaiden W. who played a great defensive game and also picked up an assit for the Lucan Squad. Some of the team will be taking part in the Intermission skate at the Knights game next Sunday...good luck guys and girls.
