Back to Huron Park....
This trip to Huron Park, we played their D1 team. Just as our last trip here, we were pumped and ready for a chance to show off just how far we have come as a team and as hockey players!
Our players have not only developed in skill, it is amazing, to watch how much the team has grown in confidence! Again, we saw how our players work hard, hussle and dig for the puck. While we were unable to find the net as much as South Huron, our players never stopped trying. Will was successful finding a hole between the goalie and the net. There was one player who's skates were really on fire. When he was on the ice, he was one of the first players to chase down the puck (or a player with the puck) and he had some great saves in net. For these reasons, and more, Zane was our Super Sport of the game. Gracie always trys her best out on the ice. Today we noticed a more confident player and it was fantastic. Gracie received the game puck. We continue our time on the road with a game in Zurich tomorrow.
