PeeWee Rep Boys win the 64th annual Goderich Lions Young Canada Week PeeWee Tournament
During the March Break, the PeeWee Rep Boys won the 'B' division of the Goderich Young Canada Week PeeWee Tournament. The boys put in a dominant performance going undefeated and only trailing once throughout the games.

Starting on Friday March 8, the boys defeated the Goderich host team 3-0. Prior to the game, the boys participated in the opening ceremonies. The boys were led onto the ice by the sounds of bagpipes and our captain William C. took part in the ceremonial puck drop. On Saturday afternoon, the boys defeated the Listowel Cyclones 7-0 in another strong outing. Sunday, the boys finished the round robin portion of the tournament beating the Lambeth Lancers 5-3. Monday morning, the boys once again faced off against Lambeth in the semi finals and again came out on top with a 5-2 victory. With this win, the boys moved on to the finals and faced the St. Mary's Rock. The boys fought hard and came out on top with a well deserved 4-1 victory in what was one of the boys best performances of the season. They were very determined and played hard from the puck drop to the final buzzer. Congratulations boys on being the first Lucan team to win in the 'B' division in the 64 years of the tournament and ending the season on such a high note.
The coaching staff would like to take this opportunity to thank the boys for all their hard work and dedication throughout the season and the parents for their commitment as well.
I would also like to thank my selection committee, Scott Denomy, Paul McTaggart and Dan McNaughton for selecting the club in the fall and also for your continued input and helpful suggestions throughout the season. Your contributions were greatly appreciated.
