A fun season!
What a year we had!
This year has been a special one. There have been lots of memorable highlights for the Mite White team this year. We would like to thank the parents for their support this year, without parents there is no hockey. The kids made great improvements with their skills and I think they had a good time doing it too.
Last Saturday both mite teams traveled to London to watch the Knights play. What a show!! I think the kids may have even stole the show with their performance. I would like to put a thank you out to Matt for organizing that event. Part of what makes sport great is its ability to bring people together. It brings strangers together, it helps kids forge new friendships, and it teaches kids team work. I think all of these things have happened this year, and that was the success to this teams hockey season.
A special thank you to Colin and Carolyn Haskett for opening their doors to both teams and showing everyone great hospitality. We hope there wasn't to big of a mess! Again, great parents, great kids, great time!!!
Matt and I hope that everyone had a great hockey season. Your kids all deserve special mention this year, for their accomplishments, improvements, great goals, great saves, and the smiles on their faces! Keep playing kids, and we hope to see you all next year!!!!
