March 3, 2014 – All Ontario Semi-Finals - Parkhill Series
Lucan AE had earned their way...all the way to the All Ontario Semi-Finals!
This unique group of super stars was scheduled to take on the Parkhill Junior Stars in a series which took place over 3 short days.
The boys in green and white gave it their all during this series! Unfortunately, they were facing a team who was just as determined to play well and win.
Again, Lucan AE was a powerhouse...dominating the play for most of the game. The score on the tally board certainly did not reflect the magnitude of play put forward by our beloved team!
Each player was committed to doing their very best and even helped out in a few positions that they were unfamiliar with. Regardless of their uncertainty, Lucan AE demonstrated their versatility as players and proved that they belonged in this semi-final series!
With a tip of the sticks to salute the dedication of their fans, the Lucan AE squad exited the ice with pride knowing that they had just accomplished all of the goals that they set out for themselves for this year.
If this is how the team ended the year....I can't wait to see how they start it next year!
