Notes from Meeting
Hello my name is Tim Cassidy and I am the Head Coach for the PeeWee LM Boys.  I am looking forward to another good year with the boys.  The boys have been working hard in practice so far and are getting ready for the season.

I will be at the schedule meeting for the season tomorrow September 29, so look for the game schedule in the next few days.

A parents meeting was held on Saturday, September 26, 2015.  There were a few parents missing so I have included my notes from the meeting with my expectations.

Pee Wee LM Parents Meeting September 26, 2015

Introduction of Bench Staff: Head Coach – Tim Cassidy
Assistant Coach – Adam Root
Trainer – Jim Campbell
Asst. Trainer – Steve Soares
Manager – Shannon Moniz
Sweater Rep – Dennis Willert

Tournaments – 2 tournaments signed up for:  1. Mitchell Nov 13, 14, and 15    2.  Exeter January 15, 16, and 17, 2016.  Cost for tournaments is $76.50 per child.  Please get your money into Shannon Moniz as soon as possible.

Size of team – 16 skaters and 2 goalies.  Try to play everyone as fair as possible, but there will be some chaos with the extra player.  There will only be a few occasions if any that we might have to shorten the bench an example would be a very close game in a tournament.

Practices are not optional.  I expect players to be at every practice unless there is a valid reason.  I put a lot of effort into planning each practice so the boys can grow their skills and knowledge of the games.  I also like to teach them things like Break outs and Penalty Kills.  If they are not there they will not know what their responsibilities are when they are on the ice.   If you can’t make a game or a practice I expect to be notified with the reason.  Best way to contact me is by texting me on my cell phone.  Shannon will be distributing a list of cell phone numbers.

Games:  I expect players there 45 minutes prior to the game and to be dressed and ready to go 10 minutes prior to the game.  It is hard to talk to them and get their attention if they are still getting dressed.  Practices: I expect them there 30 minutes prior and ready to go on the ice as soon as the Zamboni is off.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
