4 Gold Medals at the 34th Annual London Devilettes Tournament 24/25
This weekend 9 teams from our girls program battled teams from all over the province in the 34th Annual London Devilettes Girls Hockey Tournament (Jan 31 - Feb 2).
Congratulations to all teams that participated in the 40 Irish games over 3 days. The Irish saw tremendous success with many teams advancing to play Sunday.
Special recognition to our FOUR teams who came home CHAMPIONS
U13B Irish won their 2nd gold medal of the month going 4-0-2 over the weekend and beating the host London Devilettes in the final 2-0.
U15B Irish Sabres secured gold with an impressive record of 5-0-1 and a 2-1 victory over the Ilderton Jets in the final.
U15BB Irish continued their impressive play, winning their 3rd gold of the season and finishing the tournament 4-0-1 with an astonishing 0 goals against. They beat the Orillia Hawks 2-0 for the gold.
U18B Irish also had a tourney record of 4-0-1 and beat the host London Devilettes in the final 1-0.
What an accomplishment and a true testament to our growing girls program. Go Irish!!
