Registration 2013-14
We are now accepting registrations for the 2013-14 season!
There are 2 options for submitting your registration for the 2013-14 season.
There is the standard downloadable form that you can print off and complete.
We are excited to offer a new online form that you can submit through the LMH website!
More information is available under the Registration - General Information tab.
Reminder: Registrations are due at the AGM on Tuesday March 26th or can be mailed to LMH by April 1st to avoid a late fee.
