Hockey Canada Announces Change to Age-Division Names - Effective 2020/21 Season
Submitted By LMH on Wednesday, December 11, 2019
Effective for the 2020-2021 season, all Hockey Canada age-divisions for minor and female hockey programs will become U7,U9,U11 through to U21.

Please refer to the chart below for Age Division Name Changes:

*player must be the age, or under, on December 31.
**currently, there are no subdivisions within Lucan Minor Hockey above Minor Novice (ie. no Minor Atom, Minor Peewee etc. )

To assist everyone in becoming more familiar with these new category names, LMH has added the new name in parenthesis to the current names on our website and team calendars; however, will continue to reference the existing names (Atom, Peewee etc.) for the remainder of this season.
