As of January 4th 2022, the arena will no longer be allowed to accept the word document proof of vaccination. The Ontario Government has mandated that QR codes are the only acceptable proof of vaccination going forward. This is being implemented to help eliminate the use of fraudulent word documents. The security staff at the arena will have a scanner to read the codes on your way into the facility. We would also like to remind you that no food or drink is allowed inside the arena.
Please be respectful of these changes and patient with arena staff and security as these new procedures are put in place next week.
