The LMHA will be hosting our Annual General Meeting on May 21, 2024 at 7:30pm at the Lucan Memorial Community Center, and encourage all to attend with doors opening at 7:20pm.
The composition of the Executive is proposed to change (pending approval during the AGM) given the shift of representative programming for OMHA shifting to Ausable Valley Hockey Association. The result of this will be the removal of the Shamrock Rep position.
We've also experienced increased responsibilities for fundraising and volunteers and will be splitting the existing VP Fundraising role into two positions - VP Fundraising and Director of Operations & Volunteers.
VP Fundraising will be responsible for LMH sponsors, team sponsorship model, trophies & recognition, and all fundraising endeavours.
Director of Operations & Volunteers will cover bond tracking, social media, timekeepers, parade, Irish flag bearer program, and other events.
For both roles there will continue to be staff leading the execution of those activities.
All positions within the Executive are open to nominations, however the following positions are known to be vacant for the 2025/26 season.
