U9 GIRLS ONLY Caldwell, Howe & Jeromkin - SKILLS CLINICS - WEDNESDAY MORNING SESSIONS
Lucan Minor Hockey is excited to announce that Caldwell, Howe & Jeromkin will be running hockey development sessions for our U9 GIRLS.
Ice Force Power & Performance
Katrina Jeromkin from Ice Force will help players master the fundamentals of skating technique, which is the most important skill for all young players. Katrina will focus on building strong edges, proper stride (both length and technique), skating mobility, and other skating traits that build strong, confident players.
Howe Authentic Training
Megan Howe will work with players on hockey skills like various shooting techniques (snap, slap, and wrist), proper position and technique while shooting in stride, as well as the basics of stick-handling, mobility, and puck control within a high-tempo environment.
GRIT Hockey
Tommy Caldwell will help players transition into full-ice play with small area games, battles, and fast-paced game situation drilling that gets players comfortable, reactive, and more skilled when playing 5 on 5 hockey. These sessions are designed to be age-group appropriate and begin turning skills into gameplay.
LMH is offering 10 sessions at a cost of $180.00 total.
Clinics will run bi-weekly Wednesday mornings 6:30am - 7:20am
5 Fall sessions *Oct 16, 30, *Nov 13, 27, *Dec 11
5 Winter sessions *Jan 15, 29, *Feb 12, 26, *Mar 19
(no session on Dec 25 or Jan 8)
The clinic is limited to 20 players. Players must be registered with Lucan Minor Hockey and these sessions are limited to U9 GIRLS only.
**FULL hockey equipment must be worn during these sessions.
