Any refunds are subject to a $25 admin fee. No refunds after Feb 20th.
Liability Waiver:
This event is a recreational Hockey Camp Day that does not fall under Hockey Canada, OMHA or OWHA oversight and is being run by volunteers secured by Lucan Minor Hockey.
On behalf of myself and the player being registered, I recognize that hockey entails serious risks. I and the player being registered relinquish all rights to a claim of any kind, including the right to a claim for bodily and material damages, regardless of the cause, against host association Lucan Minor Hockey, including Lucan Community Memorial Center and Township of Lucan Biddulph and all respective officers, employees, coaches, volunteers, referees, assignees, agents, representatives, and sponsors of the aforementioned groups.
