General rules
-Entrance will continue to be the south (pool) side where the arena joins the community centre
-Exit through the other south side doors AND DO NOT sneak people in
-QR code at the door provides a link to the digital form required to be completed - one per household
-Arena will run at 50% capacity limits
-Arena follows the Ontario regulation for vaccination requirements
-All players 12+ are required to show vaccination evidence on entry
-All spectators 12+ age are required to show vaccination evidence on entry
-NOTE: Provincial vaccination QR code is a strict requirement for entry as of January 4 2022
-Masks are required except when leaving a dressing room to the ice surface, while on the ice surface, and returning to the dressing room.  
-Coaches are required to wear masks while on the bench.
-Please continue to arrive dressed when possible
-30 minutes after to vacate the Facility
-No food or outside drinks

Attention: Any patrons who are abusive to the security guard, staff members, volunteers or other patrons will be removed from the facility and given notice of a one-week ban from the Lucan Community Memorial Centre.  If a SECOND OCCURRENCE takes place after serving the first ban, the patron will receive a ban for the entire 2021-2022 season.
