Rules of Play:
All calendars have been fully paid for at the time of registration. Calendars can be sold for $20 each to family, friends, coworkers, etc., and the player family that sold the calendar keeps all proceeds.
To be eligible for prizes, the registration stub must be fully completed with the calendar holder’s full name, full address (including postal code) and telephone number.
The calendar number on the cover page corresponds to the number on the registration stub.
Typically, the registration stub is completed at the time of purchase, separated from the calendar and handed to the seller for inclusion in the daily cash draws. If the registration stub has yet to be completed because the holder received the calendar as a gift or otherwise, please complete the stub on their behalf.
All stubs need to be returned to your team manager OR returned into the LMH mailbox located at the end of the room 6 / 7 hallway (around the corner from the junior room) opposite end of the hallway as the coaches room.
First Cash Calendar Draw will commence on November 1st, 2024. All stubs returned by that date will be included in the draw. Stubs returned after November 1st will be entered in the daily draws from the date they are received. Draws will be completed daily, all winners will be posted weekly on lucanminorhockey.net under the "cash calendar tab".
Winning stubs will be returned into the draw and have the chance to be drawn again.
All prizes will be paid by cheque. Winners will be notified by mail along with the prize cheque. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact winners as per the A.G.C.O. Lottery Licensing Policy Manual section 5.17.1.
Winners authorize The Lucan Minor Hockey Association to publish and broadcast, without compensation, their names, and prizes for promotional purposes.
