Novice L/M Green, U9, 2011-2012 (Lucan Minor Hockey)

Coming off a 5-1 loss against Ilderton Red from their last meeting in October, the boys new they'd be in tough this time around.  A great effort from all involved proved for an exciting, back and forth game.  When the final buzzer sounded, Lucan had the upper hand, handing Ilderton a 5-4 loss when the final buzzer sounded.  Great job by all!

This past November, the Lucan Novice Green boys hockey team showed their support for boy's and men's health awareness by sporting moustaches for the Movember initiative.  Here the team is sporting their mo's prior to an exhibition game against Ilderton White.  The mo's appeared to be intimidating as the game ended in a 2-2 tie. To a man (or boy), they all agreed with their coaching staff that it is important to exercise often and eat vegetables as encouraged by their parents!
