Novice L/M White, U9, 2011-2012 (Lucan Minor Hockey)

Another back and forth game with great teamwork demonstrated by all boys today! Our MVP's Sam O and Matt P (as well as some other honourable mentions) dominated in the offensive zone while the remainder of our forward and defence men worked hard to keep the puck out of our zone. Good job boys...let's have some fun at the tourni!

The game started out slow but the boys picked up some steam scoring a goal with seconds left on the scoreboard resulting in a tight game! Great hustling by our MVP's Ryan D and Jayden H. Some great offence and defence play (including goal tending) demonstrated by all of the boys today! Thanks Novice White for another exciting game!

Reported by Ryan Dow: What a great thrilling end to Novice White's season!! Great goals by Ryan D and Sam O(MVP). Excellent play by all the defensemen, keeping the puck in the zone so the goals could be scored. As well strong goaltending from Isaiah H, earned him second MVP. Thanks to Coach Shane and the rest of the staff for a fun and enjoyable hockey season. Let's practise hard and get them in the tournament.

Lucan White played their hearts out tonight but came up short. With the assistance of their teammates, Ryan D and Sam R scored on the offensive net and earned the title of game MVP. Go Lucan White go...let's get them on Saturday!

Although there were many shots on the Port Stanley net, Lucan White was unsuccessful in gaining the victory. Brenden D (game MVP) used his lighting speed and back checking to keep the puck out of the offensive zone while Jake P (game MVP) aggressively snagged the puck moving it into the offensive zone for a goal. The fans believe in their Lucan White team and know that they will use their determination and awesome teamwork, that we have seen so many times before, to show Port Stanley what we are made of. Go Lucan White Go...it is not over yet!
