Lucan Mites play at Bud Gardens
Our Lucan Mite teams played a much anticipated game against each other at Budweiser
Gardens on March 12th. The kids were very excited and were looking
forward to this game for weeks! Family and friends filled the stands and
cheered on our teams. The kids were in awe of the huge arena and scoreboard as
they stepped out onto the ice. Each team had one of their best games of the
year, skating hard, trading chances and making many tremendous saves! The kids were wowed as portions of the game
were even shown on the big screen! After our game we watched the London Knights
vs. the Kitchener Rangers, highlighted by Don Cherry dropping the puck. It was
a very fun and memorable experience for everyone. Thanks to all the Parents for
making our big game at the Bud a huge success!
