Lucan participates in Glencoe Tournament..game 1
Last Saturday the kids travelled to Glencoe to participate in the first tournament of the year
Lucan was in tough in the first game playing a very strong Dresden team. Dresden would take the play to our kids but like always they kids would give their best effort. Lucas G. was between the pipes for the tournament and faces shots early and often. The kids played hard in their own end and began to get more confidence through out the game pushing the puck into the offensive zone and getting some great chances. Best chance of the game for Lucan went to Owen M. who made no mistake and bury a great goal of an equally great effort. Player of the game went to Brady H. Brady has steadily improved this year and this was his best game to date. Great work Brady
Lucan would have a great afternoon at the tournament, eating lunch together, watching the replay of the game and playing a little mini sticks together. Some of the kids became addicted to the shooting game that was set up for the kids. All the team work and practice would come in handy for the second game....
