U18LL-Green Boys Silver 24/25
The U18LL-Green Boys had a great run at the Max Partlo Memorial Tournament in Tillsonburg Dec 6-8, 2024. After pool play games against Tavistock Titans (3-3 T), Tillsonburg Tornadoes 1 (6-0 W) and Oro Thunder (4-1 L), the team earned a spot in the semi-finals. A close game with the Strathroy Rockets found the Irish on top 3-2 after 3 periods. The finals were set for a rematch against the undefeated Oro Thunder. While holding the game tied through 2 periods, Oro scored in the 3rd to win the final 2-1. Congratulations to the U18LL-Green team on their silver medal victory.
