U9MD Regional Silver Stick Champions 24/25
Full ice season started off with a bang for our U9MD team participating in the Parkhill Regional B Silver Stick tournament Jan 17-19, 2025. Pool play saw lots of goals scored with the team securing wins against Petrolia Oilers (6-0 W), North Middlesex Jr Stars (7-0 W) and Mooretown Jr Flags 2 (12-1 W). Lucan played a strong semi final against Dresden Jr Kings, winning 7-1 to head to the finals. The U9B final saw the Irish battle the Central Perth Predators. After taking the lead by 2, the Preds came back to tie it up. Lucan dug deep and scored a few more to take the Championship by a score of 5-2. Congratulations fellas! We cant wait to see what the rest of the season holds for you.
