Lucan Minor Hockey is asking parents to please take a few
minutes to complete the Coaching Assessment Survey regarding your child's coaches this hockey season.
LMH is intending for these assessments to be a communication
tool for both recognition of positive attributes as well as constructive
feedback intended to provide assistance to our coaches.
