Mite Green hosts Zurich Mites
Mite Green welcomes Zurich to Lucan for their first match up of the season!
The puck dropped at exactly 8:05am for the match up between these two teams. It was a very tight first half of the game with Zuirch and Lucan sharing opportunities to score.
Lucan then went ahead by a couple of goals to open the game up around the 30 minute mark. Zurich had a couple of chances in the second half and netted a few of their own.
Lucan players skated well and worked hard, they all looked determined to score.
Lane H was awarded the "Hardest Worker" for the game! Lane worked real hard in the nuetral and offensive zones and also broke up a couple of plays in our own end.
Mite Green's next tilt is on Saturday January 14th at 2:00pm when they travel to take on Thamesford.
