Busy Weekend continue in Illderton
Lucan White played there third game of the weekend on Sunday February 5th against Illderton Blue.
The kids didn't seem to have the same zip they've had in the past couple weeks. Ilderton Blue was an formidable foe and got out to a 2-0 lead. Lucan seemed to get a second wind after the slow start and stormed back with two of their own to tie at 2. Ilderton took the lead again and Lucan responded to tie at 3. Then the wheels seem to fall off and Ilderton took advantage and got out to a 7-3 lead. This team does not quit though and chipped away at the Illderton lead by potting two goals in the same shift. Final scored was 9-5. Ethan P. played net again for Lucan and was pelted with shots the entire game from Ilderton. Goals for Lucan went to Matt P(2), Carlee V.(2) and Kaiden W. Assists going to Matt P, Ryder O., and Owen W. Player of the game for Lucan was Owen W. who was great today in both ends of the rink. Lucan will continue there busy schedule next week with games agains South Huron and Strathroy.
