Atom Rep, U11, 2011-2012 (Lucan Minor Hockey)

After an intense first game verses Parkhill, with Lucan winning in OT; the boys came to life in game two and three to take the series in three games.  Way to go boys!

The Atom boys played a great weekend of hockey!  The boys started the weekend Friday morning with a 3-1 win over St. Clair Shores,  Michigan; later in the afternoon they played a tight game against Minto, but lost 4-3.  Saturday afternoon the boys defeated Hagersville 3-1 sending Lucan to semi-finals Sunday morning.

Way to go boys!  With hard work, determination and good coaching the boys came through regional silver stick undefeated.  Making it through semi-finals with a 5-1 win over Six Nations; the boys met up against East Lambton who came out to play.  Both teams kept us on the edge of our seats, but the Irish stayed strong to win the championship 3-2!
