Sunday February 3 Lucan travel to Thedford to take on Lambton Shores Black

Lucan was looking to avenge a loss earlier in the year.  They came to play and took the game to Lambton Shores right from the drop of the puck.  Lucan played hard in all ends of the rink.  Bobby M. played goal for Lucan and was awesome yet again.  He made save after save closing the door on many great scoring chances from the Lambton Shores Black team.  In the end Lucan was able to get the best of Lambton Shore with a 10-4 win.  Goal scorers for Lucan were Luke A.(6), Kiera P., Gracie B. and Carson V. and Dylan F.  Three stars went to James V., Cohen S. and Lane H.

Ilderton Red was up next on Saturday February 9th.  This was a see-saw battle that saw Ilderton jump ahead early 2-0 less than three minutes in.  Lucan kept fighting to keep in the game making it close only to have Ilderton score a couple more.  Lane H. faces a number of slot and made a ton of save but was unable to get the goal that went over his head!  In the end Lucan didn't have enough answers for the strong Ilderton team.  Final score was 11-8.  Goal scorers for Lucan were Luke A. (4), Carson V.(2), Dylan F., Gracie B.  Three stars of the game went to Tom O., Lauren D. and Cohen S, who all played great games!

Lucan was looking to get back in the win column on Sunday when they travelled to Ilderton to play Ildeton Gold.   Lucan started scoring early and never looked back.  Lane H. was strong in net again.  Lucan's forwards were swarming the net.  Gracie B. was on fire for Lucan potting three goals for her first hat trick ever....great work Gracie.  Lucan was able to get back in the win column with a 11-4 win.  Other goal scorers for Lucan were Dylan F.(6), Lauren D. and Luke A.  Three stars of the game went to Gracie B., Lauren D. and Dylan F.

Keep up the great work team.
