At home against Parkhill
Well, our streak continues against Parkhill...sooooo.... it might not be a winning streak, but hey, who cares what the score is when you are having fun!!
During the game the Mite Green players continued to dazzle their fans!! They amaze us each week with how much they are coming together as a team. They not only respect each other on the ice - passing, sharing the puck, husstling back on defence to help out the goalie, they show respect off the ice - fist pumps and cheers for each others successes. It is great to see that no matter the score, or personal performance, there are lots of smiles and continued excitment for the game.
Our own "Rocket Will" was showing his ever improving skating and puck handling skills and scored the first goal of the game. He, and Zane also teamed up to assist their team mate Jack score the second goal of the game. Jack also received the game puck. Nicole had a fantastic game that showcased just how much she has grown as a hockey player since her rookie year. Her great hussle and team playing earned her the Super Sport of the Game.
