Our trip to Budweiser Gardens
Well, Mother Nature tried to stop us, but she underestimated the folks from Lucan (and area)!! Wow! What a great time had by all. We kicked off the night playing our favourite team - Lucan Mite White.
Our team certainly looked comfortable out there (maybe some are future Knights?). There were a quick couple of goals from White, but we picked it up and with some great team plays, Zane and Lucas put up our first two points. Following them were Jack, with a great assist from Will, a couple from Will and another from Zane. When we returned to the dressing room and had a team photo shoot, we were joined by two London Knight's players. They took some time posing for pictures and/or signing everything from personal jersey's to shin guards! With a little break for dinner, we were back at the Garden's to watch the Knight's play Owen Sound. It was a late night, but a good time was had by all that attended! We want to again thank Justin and Tina Merner for organizing the whole night.
