Our First Game against South Huron D2
We were pumped for our first game against South Huron. We had heard they were a good team and we wanted to show them what a great team we were!
The game was certainly fast paced and it required all our team to really use the skills they have been learning so far this season. One thing is for sure, our players never gave up. They played hard and they played awsome. We were not able to win this game, but our players sure made South Huron work for the win!
The hot stick belonged to Will this game. He not only went coast to coast for one goal, he also earned himself a hat trick. He had some great assists by Megan, Jack and Spencer. One player that showed some fantastic skills in the net, and is certainly showing some amazing growth in her game, is Peighton. Today, she earned Super Sport of the game. Great job, and we love the new pink helmet! For some great hussle on the ice and never letting a South Huron player get too far from him, Zane earned the game puck. Fist pumps again to the whole team for an exciting and well played game.
