January 25, 2013 – Parkhill vs. Lucan White
It may have been cold outside but it
was red hot on the ice as Lucan White dominated the play for 30
exhilarating minutes.
Throughout the game Lucan White applied the pressure wearing down the Parkhill players keeping the majority of the play in the offensive zone. It was an awesome sight to see as the boys displayed how far they have progressed in their skill and confidence as they found the open ice and their teammates making for some beautiful passing, set-ups and goals. The highlight of the game was when the bench and stands erupted as Blake H. scored not one but TWO first goals of the season (throwing in an assist just because he could)! Congratulations to our game MVP Lucas M. and a special shout out to our defensive demon Shayne D. who held the line and to rookie Sam R. for his first recorded SHUT OUT of the season! Let's see a repeat tomorrow boys!
