A Friday Night to Remember
Friday night we were in ilderton playing our first of two games this weekend

Once again our team came out on the ice ready to play.

Tyke Green is really starting to gel as a team friday night saw lots of unselfish plays and also we witnessed some great team work.  Somethings that were very noticeable from the drop of the puck was our passing plays. Not only did we see some great tape to tape passes from Ethan. H, Presley B. and Owen C. we also were able to see some great work up the boards with passes out of both the  neutral and defensive zone from Colin W. and Christian F.

Other things that were very apparent is our nose for the net  we were able to score on multiple opportunities with our sticks on the ice and crashing the net.  Offensive rebound goals came off the sicks of Joselyn  V. with her first of the season Cohen S. and Spencer R.

Other offensive opportunities resulting in goals came from the sticks of the Cash M. with a two goal game, Nate V. with some outstanding  sticking handling that resulted in two goals with some assists from his brother Kyle V. Also scoring his first goal of the season was Lane H. who managed to carry the puck to the net and lift a back hand shot over the sick of Ilderton's Goalie.

Before the end of the horn we were asked if we would like to participate in our first shoot out of this young season all players did amazing and looked like they had a lot of fun.  The one player that looked like he had the most fun was our goalie Drew K. who stood tall and challenged all of the Ilderton skaters.  Great work Drew

For her first goal of the season and a Hustle attitude that stood out Joselyn V. was rewarded with our player of the game. Great job Joselyn.

Great job Tyke Green

Our Next Game is Sunday Morning in Parkhill
